My daughter made this for a contest in high school and won, so it has been on our Thanksgiving table ever since. It's not a holiday without them.
BAKED PEACHES
Ingredients:
8-10 peach halves - Drained
Directions:
Place in baking dish.
TOPPING FOR PEACHES
Ingredients
2 Tablespoon white sugar
1 egg
1/4 Cup butter
Coconut Macaroon cookies - crumbled
Directions:
Mix together
Fill each peach with mixture
Bake uncovered 325 for 30 minutes
Serve with main course
