Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:
3/4 C. Butter
2 C. Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Tbsp. Vanilla
1 C. Sour Milk
2 1/2 C. Flour
2 tsp. Soda
1/2 C. Cocoa
pinch salt
1 C. Boiling Water

Directions:
Cream butter, sugar add eggs one at atime.
Beat well.
Add vanilla to milk
Sift flour, soda, salt and cocoa together.
Add alternately with milk.
Pour in boiling water all at once and stir.
Bake 350 - 30 min.

Use cocoa instead for flour when preparing pan for chocolate cake
