Ingredients:
4 - 5 Cucumbers
Sugar
Vinegar
Directions:
1) peel cucumbers
2) score with fork lengthwise
3) Slice in a bowl
4) Place saucer on top - refrigerate overnight
5) Cover cucumbers with 1 C. Sugar 1/2 C. Vinegar
6) Stir (liquid will not cover cucumbers)
7) Stir again in 1 hour
